Great place, but the room is hot in Summer

It was a good stay, very clean. The only issue is the air conditioning wasn’t too much help from the summer heat. :( The room was upstairs and very warm. It didn’t feel like the air was moving at all. I might not stay here in the Summer anymore. Otherwise it was nice!

We stayed one night for a concert at the Palladium. We could walk to it so that was good. The room did not have microwave and that is my only complaint but really no big deal. The room was small but I knew it was not going to be the Ritz!!!!

It's a great motel to stay near Universal Studios and the Griffith Observatory. Walking distance from the Walk of Fame. Rooms are good, and if you have a car, you have free parking inside (very important in LA) and you're 20-40 min away from any other place you'd like to visit.

Good location nice staff and decent rooms.

Hotel was a good location and rooms were fine.Front desk was very polite and welcoming.While we were there they were updating the roof so has a smell of tar coming thru the door at 9am both mornings but overall was a good hotel and would def recommend

We had a nice stay at Dunes Inn. It is an older property, but our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited and first come, first serve. We would stay here again.
