The property was located very conveniently & local to the tram/bus network & within 30 minutes walk of the city centre. The staff were friendly with reasonable English and dealt with issues quickly. Whilst it's advertised to supply tea/coffee making facilities- this only included the kettle, fridge & 2 of cups, spoons & glasses. Housekeeping could be improved in several ways- firstly on arrival the kettle was brown inside- as if a previous client had made coffee/tea in the kettle. Secondly one of the hand towels had a worn through area which easily became a rip. The shower doors didn't close and the shower head was located too high up to readjust. Only one pillow each was supplied which was very thin, as the double bed was clearly two smaller pushed together. The breakfast was good- although on some mornings the scrambled eggs were too runny. We can't comment on the dpa/sauna as they were priced extra and not used as spent most of our 3 days sightseeing. Given the price paid for the overall package, it was value for money, especially given the almost central location.

Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Located near subway and tram and easy access to tourist spots. Free breakfast too. There is a few diners in the area to get some food. We had a good experience with the property.

The hotel and room felt a little dated. That's probably expected in Prague so not a huge deal. It listed a massage, but they don't have massages there. Located on the main road, it's very noisy but I expected that also. However the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was great with good food and great staff. It's within 10 minutes walk to public transportation, not bad. Overall I enjoyed it.

Value

Very nice place with very nice staff, close to everything, But I was on 6th floor, attic type room and the blinds did not block daylight. For a light sleeper, this was annoying. The helpful Staff put black sheets on the skyline, but that was not effective. A good solution would be to put dark color roller blinds. Water pressure in the shower was low, maybe some small pumps can be added to higher floors. Breakfast was substantial and good, may i suggest a bit of a change to omelette and fried eggs occasionally. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Very nice, close to City Center

Very good compering to the price and location. Staff also very good. Room was clean and daily service also OK. 5 walk to metro station and 20 min walk to city center. WIFi OK.

After checking in, it turned out that there is no place in the underground garage for my car for which I had to pay the normal price as if it was parked underground. I was forced to park the car on the street (the fender was torn off - no liability for damage). Before leaving, I booked a 4-person room (2 adults + 2 children). Upon entering the room, I saw three single beds (two pushed together and one separate). The temperature in the room was over 25 degrees and the air conditioning could not cool down below 24 degrees. My children were tired of the elevated temperature. In the evening I wanted to turn on the TV but the antenna was damaged. I reported the fault at the reception but no one repaired the TV for 2 days. In the morning I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water or no water at all. The next morning the same. Hot water was available in the afternoon and evening. Broken toilet button. Broken shower head. Damaged hair dryer, buttons glued with duct tape! I felt like a refugee from Ukraine for whom a hostel was prepared. The hotel was supposed to be three-star but it deserves a maximum of one star as for the capitals of the Czech Republic. I am disgusted with my stay. Will never go back to him! I won't recommend it to anyone! I demand a refund of the cost of my stay, because the price I paid is not adequate to the conditions that were offered to me on your website. Please consider my complaint, it's a shame to live in such conditions in the center of the cap

Room is spacous and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and good. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again in next visit and recommend to our friends. The only draw Back is elevator can accommodate four people and weight capacity is 320k in total.

Clean and central

Easy walk to main train station and into city centre, approx 20mins walk. Also next to a metro stop where you can get tram 22 up to the castle. Supermarket about 3mins walk. Breakfast was good - hot and cold food, and can sit outside in the garden if weather is good

Nice hotel the only down side was, it's about and 20/30 minute walk to Old town. Which isn't too long a walk but after walking down and a full day walking around it's a tad annoying having to walk back up! Breakfast was nice! Plenty of choice

It was fine to stay at. Only a short walk to the metero and close to squares with markets and music. Clean and well kept, and a cute blond girl at the reception desk, I recomended the place.

Good breakfast and central location

Friendly staff, good breakfast, central location, but we found the beds in our room quite uncomfortable. The common locations had been redone but decor in our room was sparse and dated. Upon rereading the hotel's description after our stay, it was as advertised but certainly nothing above and beyond the basic place to lay your head. The wifi was also quite slow at less then 0.5Mbps download.

Value for money

Hotel was easy to find, near subway station, within walking distance to tram lines. A no frills, clean and tidy hotel, had an all you can eat buffet breakfast with a hot dish as well as cold offerings, plenty of tea and coffee. Hotel staff were very matter of fact, but pleasant and spoke English well. Used this hotel whilst visiting my daughter for a few days and I was on a tight budget. The hotel room had a nice bathroom, plenty of hot water, a mini bar and also had free wifi. Quiet mostly at nights, though you could hear the shower running next door. Overall good value for money nothing to complain about, if you are looking for low cost clean and simple accommodation this hotel ticks the box but if you want something more luxurious then this is not the hotel to choose.

Review for the Plaza

These marks are for the Plaza hotel which is owned by the same company and is just around the corner. When we turned up at this hotel they told us we had been upgraded to the Plaza which was really nice, good breakfast, usual continental spread. We were on first floor so street noise was a little disruptive but still got sleep.

good location, nice area.

This hotel was ok. it was in a good location just being a few blocks away from downtown. and it was in a good area. it was next to a bunch of other hotels. you have to pay extra for parking though...and breakfast. even though my itinerary said free breakfast. They wouldn't honor it. other than that it was ok. I wont stay there again though.
