This is a great spot of you want something near metro and a beautiful scenery. Beds were as comfortable as I expected but nothing that ruined my experience. The staff is really really friendly and nice.

Great location but rooms noisy.

This hotel is in a brilliant position, just a short walk to tram/metro/bus transport, which is easy to navigate around the city. However the Hotel itself, while being ok and the breakfast has a very good variety. The rooms leave a lot to be desired in as much as the bed is like sleeping on the floor as the mattress is thin and hard. The shower is a corner unit where if you turn around you either switch the water off or move the temperature. Also does not have rise and fall, just on a hook which was bad. Also the water kept coming above the ledge. The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next rooms. Only one lift for 6 floors so had to walk. Staff were friendly and obliging. Not sure if I'd visit again because of the noise.

Great hotel only giving it 4 stars because my room had no access to the wifi, it stopped at the hallway... I talked to the receptionist about it and they told me that they would fix it. It never happened so I had to use up all of my internet data and ended buying a new one sooner that anticipated...

In general, ir was a nice and pleasant experience. I stayed for 5 days, the sector is very close to everything I needed. The o nly thi g I didn’t like is that there was a constant machinery sound all day and night that made the floor vibrate, not sure if its the elevators as I wasn’t close to them but it was annoying. Be mindful that the breakfast at the entry floor has more options that the one in the basement. However, the one in the basement was more quite.

The property was located very conveniently & local to the tram/bus network & within 30 minutes walk of the city centre. The staff were friendly with reasonable English and dealt with issues quickly. Whilst it's advertised to supply tea/coffee making facilities- this only included the kettle, fridge & 2 of cups, spoons & glasses. Housekeeping could be improved in several ways- firstly on arrival the kettle was brown inside- as if a previous client had made coffee/tea in the kettle. Secondly one of the hand towels had a worn through area which easily became a rip. The shower doors didn't close and the shower head was located too high up to readjust. Only one pillow each was supplied which was very thin, as the double bed was clearly two smaller pushed together. The breakfast was good- although on some mornings the scrambled eggs were too runny. We can't comment on the dpa/sauna as they were priced extra and not used as spent most of our 3 days sightseeing. Given the price paid for the overall package, it was value for money, especially given the almost central location.

Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Located near subway and tram and easy access to tourist spots. Free breakfast too. There is a few diners in the area to get some food. We had a good experience with the property.

The hotel and room felt a little dated. That's probably expected in Prague so not a huge deal. It listed a massage, but they don't have massages there. Located on the main road, it's very noisy but I expected that also. However the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was great with good food and great staff. It's within 10 minutes walk to public transportation, not bad. Overall I enjoyed it.

Value

Very nice place with very nice staff, close to everything, But I was on 6th floor, attic type room and the blinds did not block daylight. For a light sleeper, this was annoying. The helpful Staff put black sheets on the skyline, but that was not effective. A good solution would be to put dark color roller blinds. Water pressure in the shower was low, maybe some small pumps can be added to higher floors. Breakfast was substantial and good, may i suggest a bit of a change to omelette and fried eggs occasionally. Thank you very much to all the staff.
