14 sun beds around the pool which is very small and enclosed. Beach was closed for a few days and limited or no beach some days at this resort. Overall hotel had very limited facilities and no beach which is never mentioned in any hotel information. The pool picture on the website is not the hotel as advertised but in fact the sister hotel which we couldn’t use as adults only. Overall very poor. The only positive was the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you

The meals were excellent. Very clean resort and spa. Staff were friendly, responsive and super helpful organizing things. We had a room with king size and sofa beds overlooking the pool which were a good size. 2 pools with the larger pool reserved for adults only. Great place for couples and families with slightly older children.

Yes, the room was neat and clean the staff were very helpful and accommodating to the best of what they had to offer. On the other hand, the Food and Beverages were subpar at best, and the dinner options were limited to 2 locations which did not provide adequate food whatsoever. Poor Quality and Poor Choices to say the least. In fact, we had to go outside of all-inclusive and spend Hundreds of dollars for dinner. We would probably not return to this location ever again Unfortunately!!

Waves was under construction, so we were accommodated at the House, awesome! Wade, Rhea, Andrew and all the staff were great to us. The room was also always kept clean, twice daily. The food, the drinks, exceeded our expectations. Thanks everyone for a truly relaxing time which the family and I REALLY needed.
