The room was the issue. The power wasn't on when I arrived. But more than that, one of the elevators would make a clacking and banging sound every time it ran past my floor (the 8th). The room probably shouldn't be rented, or the elevator needs to have some maintenance performed.

I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. I will preface this by saying that I was in Vegas for business so this was not the best choice to stay at but I wanted to see KA and figured it would be convenient....I was WRONG. First, I had a rental so I decided to self-park because I can't wait for valet each time I need to head out and the self parking is like .25 mile walk from the main lobby. Plus, it is also the employee parking so not very appealing. Then, the staff at the front desk was less than welcoming - although they were efficient. Now, let's get to the room - it looks nice but the shower had very little water pressure and the toilet didn't always flush correctly. Room service took an hour BUT, I will say the food was delicious. In fact, they had so many food options at this hotel that you would not need to leave if you are there just to gamble. Not saying I never go back there again but definitely not for those of us traveling to Vegas for business.

Extreme greed in fees and other hidden costs. All hotel amenities are double to quadrouple the price that they are worth ($14 for a water bottle???). Room has a fridge but we cant use it to cool our own drinks without a massive penalty fee. 15 minute hike to get to the conference center. Hotel buffet was one of the worst Ive been at on the strip. Overall a very poor value, Id never go back if Im not forced to by a conference.

No microwave,major resort fee, and they put a hold on you’re card same with easirent would never go through them again they lie about there times that they should be opened called corporate and they didn’t know that they where closing earlier then they should, would never go to mgm or easirent again

Room was nice.. remodeled. The air in the casino was very muggy and hot compared to others. Ventilation was pretty bad and was smoky. Water $8 at the shop or a crazy $20 in room. Some good restaurants. Overall okay place but would be better if they fix their air quality
