The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. However, we encountered one issue: we were charged $36 for two bottled waters that we didn't consume. My husband accidentally took them off the stand, as we had purchased the same bottles downstairs in the market. Once we realized our mistake, we returned them to their original spot unopened but it was too late to avoid the charge. It turned out to be a pricey mistake. We considered drinking the waters since we were already charged, but we were hesitant to remove them again for fear of being charged a second time.

My fiancé and I had a quick stay in Vegas for my friend’s wedding. We thought that we were going to have a classic Las Vegas experience at the MGM grand but we had a terrible experience from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The staff was disrespectful and dismissive. The managers were no help either. Traveling back to Las Vegas. I will ensure that I will never stay at the MGM .
