Harbor view was more of a parking lot with the harbor way in the background. Loud noise in the morning. Room was pretty small & crowded & you had to close the bathroom door to open the closet one. It was weird. Elevators to parking were confusing. But mostly it was loud (not inside-outside) and overpriced for what it was. A nice hotel for sure but prices like a luxury and it was just regular. Also we were granted a late checkout but kept getting interrupted with knocks on our door to do housekeeping.
