The room was nice. The toilet was not working (the bidet part) and it was freezing in our room at 1230am, which woke us up. We called and they handed us a space heater...strange for an upscale hotel. No apologies, no how was the rest of your stay...disappointed overall.

Great hotel, but this stay a bit off the mark. Bath gown had stains and coffee cups were dirty. Things like these should not happen at what purports to be a luxury hotel.
