Very clean excellent food very friendly staff shuttle to beach is excellent right near Casablanca casino they offer e bikes and regular bikes short ride to town very comfortable rooms and beddings would definitely stay again grace bay beach is amazing towels and chairs offered included

Good with opportunities for great!

We had a good time at the Oasis at Grace Bay. This boutique hotel is very well maintained, and the staff absolutely lovely! Although not *on* the beach, they are very close and have a shuttle running all the time back and forth. They also have their own setup on the beach with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and staff. 2 pools with a fair amount of shade were pleasant to relax during the hot hours of the day. Where we were a tiny bit disappointed was that there was 0 advance warning about a construction site very next to half the rooms, including the one we were in...I mean *very next* like 20ft away. The work was not overwhelmingly noisy, but enough to wake us up when they started at 7am. Our first morning was a Sunday so it wasn't a factor, and by Monday we felt it was too late to request a change. We would have appreciated better advanced communication on the topic. And the second one was that technology was abundant in a freshly renovated hotel. We love that! But it wasn't always working to perfection. E.g. talking smoke detectors had to be removed from multiple room as they were all reporting false alarms. Ipad in every room loaded with information, but asking for an iCloud password from day 2, plenty of bikes but most un-usable, LED lighting in room flickering. Oh and don't forget to clear your Netflix password on exit, cause they won't. I would definitely go back to this hotel, assuming they continue to improve on those technology challenges.

This is a real Oasis that’s hidden right in Grace Bay that’s so close the beach and all the other amenities. The landscape and resort is so very well appointed and the staff is so amazing. It’s a boutique resort where you do not overpay. We will be coming back again and are going to recommend to friends and families.

We had an amazing stay for a great rate at this boutique hotel. My only concern is that I wish they had a fitness center. Doesn’t have to be anything too big but at least maybe a couple workout bikes and some weightlifting equipment.

The Oasis at Grace Bay is a nice place to stay. There are two pools and beach access is not far from the hotel. The onsite restaurant has delicious food. Everyone was very friendly

Free coconuts that grow on the property. Rooms were clean and overall property area was pleasant. Pool were not great but we did not use pool. Bicycles were provided but the displays on most E bikes were broken.
