Loves this hotel.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. The shower only gives you about 2 min before it gets cold but if you shut it off and wait a minute it comes back.

Best Best Western

Amazing and friendly Staff. Checkin was a breeze even when I used a gift card which usually causes complications. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant was fast and really good food. They even gave us the option to deliver to our room. Lots of parking and beautiful lobby and surrounding gardens. Water, cookies and hot drinks free in the lobby. Breakfast was top notch. This is our fav place to stay every year we come to BC.

Would stay here again. The room was clean, it is an older hotel but still in good condition. The staff is great. The shower plug didn't work so the shower wouldn't turn off. Also, the elevator was broken and one of our party got stuck in it for a few minutes. There were signs on some of the elevator doors that said it was broken but not on all of the floor. Overall pretty good place.

The bathrooms had mold, bathtub chipping away, no hot water, fridge not cooling, broken ice machines, poor breakfast choices. Won't stay again.

The jets for the hot tub did not work at high capacity, they worked as if they were on standby to work better. The hot tub was luke warm water, not at all hot for a hot tub. The breakfast ran out by 7:30 am, after a fire alarm went off due to the smoke in the kitchen not being vented out properly. Our shower in our room went cold while in the shower.

Due to Airline issues I had to cancel my hotel. I tried calling ahead 24 hours but their phone system was down. I tried several times. By the time they answered my 24 hr window expired. The hotel would not move my dates or refund me. They were not very friendly, understanding & was not willing to work with me. They were not helpful in anyway. Awful experience.

Dirty room but nice front desk lady

Check in and check out was fine but the bathroom and entry way had hair all in it, the tub was dirty, and the elevator almost got stuck 3 different times. The outside balcony door also didn’t lock and the coffee machine didn’t work. The breakfast only had waffles and cereal put as well and no protein.

Bugs everywhere in the room

I wish I had read the reviews before booking here. There were bugs on the curtains, crawling up the walls, on the desk, on the floors, and even on my bed. the shower had cold water, and the mattress was awful. There was no ice in the ice machine, but really the bugs were unacceptable. They looked like mini cockroaches.
