We stayed at this facility last June and had no complaints, but this time was so much different. They gave us a room on the first floor and the must smell was so bad, there was black mold in the room, dirt under beds and in bathroom, baseboards were coming loose. The free breakfast had also diminished. Last time there was bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, and a different meat each day. This time it was the same powder eggs and sausage, no yogurt, no could eggs, the only bread was sandwich slices and some very odd what I think was supposed to be croissants that were not good. No towel in pool area, just overall bad experience.

it’s just right by the freeway so you can hear some of the freeway sounds but it’s so bad. It’s really clean. It’s really nice and accessible to a lot of things right in that area. It was perfect for what we needed.

Better than Vegas

We were headed home from Las Vegas to Wyoming and got caught in a snowstorm. We went on to Hotels.com and found the LaQuinta. Even though it was after 9pm the front desk lady was so sweet, the room was so clean, and the bed was far better than the one we had just slept in at a resort in Las Vegas!!

I spent 2 nights on a non-business trip. I have no complaint to the location, facility, cleanliness, safety, and all that. Room space and condition are also good for that price. The food variety could be better for the included breakfast. And I also wish for USB availability in room. The front desk is an issue to me. Although the staff are friendly, they are mostly not available either on the counter or via in room phone. I called about 6 times during business hours and only once someone answered the phone. The lady who sitting, when she was there, at the front desk mostly on earbuds and would not pay attention. She also not managing the line when someone was clearly cutting the line… For this, I’m booking elsewhere next time.

Room was nice. Was missing a couple toiletry items you typically find in other hotel chains. Felt like some corners were cut to make it appear nice but was easily seen as cheap after use. But it was under $100 per night so you shouldn’t be expecting luxury. Breakfast was average overall. Just felt like AirBnB is a cheaper option and could get better quality.

Pool was very cloudy. Hot tub was blowing cold water. Everyday breakfast ran out of items. Orange juice, milk for cereal. Bagles and pastries. We had to keep getting keys made. They kept stop working. We had to get new keys 4 times.

Housekeeping came into our room at 9:00 am while we were in the shower. My husband had to hurry and slam the door on them. Total invasion of privacy. After that we felt rushed out of the room. Even though our travel plans didn’t require us to leave until 10:00 am. We reported it to the front desk and was informed as long as they knocked they can use their key to enter the room. We will not be staying here again. Very dissatisfied!

Good hotel

Room was clean we spent three nights there very conveniently located. We did have problems with our heater. They came and fixed it once but the next day it wasn’t working again other than that everything was good.
