First of all the guy at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all. Didn't tell me breakfast time so I used the text option to find out they gave us the wrong times for weekend. Also just seeing the breakfast area it was very limited on what they had. We were in the back of the hotel, some of the buildings you could tell had been "tagged" quite often. We were a little worried parking back there, thankfully nothing happened but it was definitely sketchy looking. The room was not very clean. Doors to bathroom were filthy dirty. Anywhere a door was opened there was lots of dust and dirt behind. Like they open every and don't vacuum behind anything. Bed not comfortable at all and heating/cooling system woke us up anytime it kicked on. Doors had scratches on inside where I'm assuming someone left their dog locked up and damaged it. We won't be staying here again. Wish I could get partial refund.

I asked twice to have the air conditioner unit cleaned in the bedroom because it had dead bugs in the control panel part, it was cleaned once and the dead bugs were still there when i checked out of the room

Noisy teenagers and their parents/chaperones made noise in the halls until well after midnight, waking us up multiple times. There appeared to be one to two dozen teenage girls on our floor from some team or nearby event. I have stayed her multiple times in the past and it was a convenient okay place to stay for the money. It certainly is old with worn furniture and even damaged walls in places. That I can live with. However, the price is now much higher and the judgment of having loud teenage girls on a floor with other guests and apparently not monitoring them at all is disappointing. I would love to have some kind of refund, given our experience. Otherwise, we won’t be back.

The hotel was perfect for a weekend stay while visiting our kid in college. It was quiet in our suite. Front desk worker was friendly and helpful. They are very short-staffed for a hotel of this size- only one person managing everything. Would have liked to see more variety for hot breakfast options besides scrambled eggs, sausages, and make your own waffles every day. Perhaps, cut fruit and potato dish.

We stayed 8 nights at this location. Same nasty breakfast everyday, soggy sausage links and under cooked eggs. The pool was dirty doesn't look like they have done a good cleaning in a long time. Hot tub hardly works.
