What I specifically liked the most was how accommodating everyone was for my wife and I. We were on our honeymoon and everyone genuinely seemed happy to be a part of the Dreams Adventura team and treated us with such kindness and respect. On several occasions, several staff members went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed. I would like to give a big thank you to Amelio, he made this trip feel extra special for us and made sure he took any matter into his own hands personally to accommodate my wife and I. Alan at the front who helped with our luggage and helped with our vehicle was excellent as well. We’re grateful that we spent our honeymoon here, it really couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you!

Jaziel and angel were the best servers we had the entire trip. Jaziel took care of us during our stay made all our drinks and was very helpful to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . He was amazing . Angel was a great server at there Italian restaurant and he was very attentive and a great server . He made the whole experience very fun . We had a great vacation with our immediate family of 18 people! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to eat together at dinner each night (not an easy feat!) They also had all of our food allergies documented and made sure our food was safe to eat. The property was well maintained and the staff was very attentive and responsive. We also enjoyed the water slides! The highlight was seeing iguanas and capybaras at the pool! A great time was had by all!

**Please Read** I completely understand that there are differing levels of experience with all-inclusive resorts, differing likes and dislikes and (full disclosure) this was our first all-inclusive experience. But people, let me tell you. We have NOTHING but good things to say about this place, their people, the food, the activities, the room, the pools, the drinks. It was all amazing. They pay such close attention to details and remember little things that you said or liked or ate. They even polished our sunglasses and brought them back to us at lunch, just because. We loved it.
