It’s a great place to take a break after a long flight with kid. The hotel shuttle bus picking up and dropping off between airport and hotel is the best. Breakfast also included. Room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. Small room.

Ran out of both rice and bread in the last 30 minutes of breakfast service. Very disappointing. Available food was mediocre. Salted saba and yogurt was ok. Ate that with cabbage. Had to buy food from convenience store for breakfast. :(

The room was small and compact but clean. The airport shuttle was great. If there was a TV, I couldn't figure it out. I would advise going to the breakfast after the 6:30-7:30 am rush. At least 100 people were attempting to get their breakfast cafeteria style at the same time.

Everything was easy and smooth, and good breakfast, and friendly staffs. However checking in on the machine was a little odd dor me as a first time using it. There was almost no people was waiting, someone could have helped me how to use it until I got the card keys or some could have helped on the counter it didn’t have to be on the machine. Please don’t act like every Custer knows how to use those machines or have used it before.

My flight got cancelled. Just around checkout time. I was in a frenzy working the laptop in lobby. They kept telling me I had to check out!!!!’ I explained I may be staying. But I needed to get thru airline to see what the next plan was. They had MO patience for me. I was near tears. And they kept sending someone else yo me asking me to check out. Couldn’t they clean the other rooms while I settled my dire situation. NOT professional at all

Shuttle bus from Airport, easy to find and use. Check in was Kiosks as it’s Japan we had a little trouble but staff were on hand to help.
