Room was clean and spacious, amenities provided are also not bad! It was also convenient to get to the hotel from Narita because there’s a hotel shuttle. Nothing much to do near the area, but it’s a really good rest spot especially if you’re catching a flight in the early hours and don’t want to sleep at the airport :)

The bed was as hard as a rock. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Only one pillow and it was not comfortable either. I do appreciate the price, location and cleanliness of the property. Staff was very pleasant.

New self check in stalls have been installed. Lots of staff behind the counter but only pointed to use the machine. A bit difficult to get to an English screen so we could understand the steps to check in. Rooms are small but adequate and appropriate for the price. So it’s OK.

The rooms were a bit small for a family of 4. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, shuttle bus was such a bonus and all the staff was so amazing! We will come back because of the staff. We didn’t bring any toiletries and they provided everything for you. Close to the airport(walking distance) city center is about 15mins drive.

The airport shuffle is excellent, Reception staff a little brusque but efficient. The hotel is very clean and perfect for the purpose we needed! Value for money excellent and I’d stay again. Breakfast was passable. I’d have settled for less choice but better quality.
