Functional and convenient in good location

The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well. Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff. I marked it three stars because we did not sleep all of Saturday night. There is a bar across the street. The music was blaring until four am. We were told it would be quiet Sunday and it was. The ear plugs and pillows couldn’t hide the noise.

No se ve como en las fotos, le falta limpieza, el baño olia a pipi, las paredes sucias, el colchon no es comodo, las toallas blancas se veian viejas y grises, el cuarto no tiene ventanas y esta muy claustrofóbico
