Loved, Loved, Loved this place! I’m definitely staying here again!

This resort was very beautiful. I do feel like some of the staff were a bit bothered. Maybe because of the amounts of people compared to staffing. But over all it was a beautiful experience, the food was delicious and I definitely plan on returning.

Beautiful experience for our first trip to Cancun! Zero complaints from my wife and I as we celebrated our honeymoon!

Awesome stay!

Our first time in Riu Palace Peninsula and we had fun! The white party was awesome! Wished we could have stayed for the weekend for the pink and neon party! The hotel is very clean and smells lovely. Beautiful view from the room, beautiful white sand beach with clear warm water. There are always attendants to clean the floor and it’s sparkling clean. You will never see wet floors from guests who just came from the pool or the beach because they constantly clean the area and elevators. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. 7 restaurants to dine and food is ok, pastries need improvement but overall I will still give 5 stars. Thanks Riu for making our awesome and fun 5 day-getaway!

The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. I wish they had bottled water in the rooms, but you can request them via room service. The food and drinks were great, but it could be tricky to get reservations, so book in advance! They had several pools, including one for the kiddos, with fun activities for people of all ages throughout the day and night. Overall great experience and would come back again with my family!
