This hotel is a great all inclusive hotel. Many options they have events all day long to keep you entertained. It’s located on the beach and a taxi ride away from the umbrella street

Very friendly staff, clean, delicious food. Almost no complains besides one- smoking people everywhere. That was really annoying to inhale nasty smog from smoking people especially during evening events and close to the lobby. I think smoking supposed to be allowed only at special areas.

Lots of things - Room - The telephone was broken. The air conditioner would not go below 70F and it was never fixed even after complaining twice. The toiletries were watered down so the body cream was watery consistency. The bathroom drain was not working and the whole shower would get drenched in water after taking shower. Amenities - they had photographer on the facility and included one free picture per room but they didn’t honor it. When I lodged a complaint at the concierge, they were not interested in addressing the problem. Food - there were very limited choices for food. Breakfast was the only decent meal - only due to fresh fruit, juices, eggs, guacamole and loads of breads. Pizza was the next best thing. There were three dinner restaurants at the facility - Italian was the only good one with lots of vegetarian options. Japanese was decent but when requested to give more sushi / maki - they said we don’t have anymore. They had fixed quantity. It was the worst Mexican food I have ever had. There was no flavor in the food and very limited lunch and dinner options for vegetarian. For an all inclusive - they were very restrictive in their restaurant timings. Amenities did not include even access to jacuzzi or sauna for free. It was very difficult to find activities that were going on in the facility. The tennis and pickleball courts had moss on it so they were slippery and patchy. Drinks - not great variety in brands for drinks. Watered down drinks.
