The staff is amazing !! Love how friendly and personal they all are! walking distance to the port is a bonus when doing any boat excursions. Quick, easy and cheap to get a cab or uber to the melacon.

The food options were basic. Very small sevings in the restaurants. Beach is nice as is the facility. The buffet service was great. The choreography of the shows were ok, but lip syncing songs didnt work. The male dancers performances were too feminine. Rooms lacked sufficient storage and no access to ports on TV for streaming.

We had some issues with our stay, we saw the hotel staff burying fish skeletons in the middle of the sand of the beach, where people were walking NOT EVEN A FOOT DEEP!! We complained cuz it was gross!! Our bathroom door also broke off when I tried opening it, the property is very old and clearly not managed well! We were not compensated nor moved to a better room. Most of the staff was rude and had an attitude but some were lovely, specially the club. On the bright side this property has wonderful/ beautiful and HUGE! Had absolutely everything! Kayaking, a dance show, karaoke night a connivence store, tennis, an ocean front like 4 different pools, a waterpark for kids too! 6 different restaurants and a buffet! There is truly so much to do here you’d never be bored.

Nice get away place, the restaurant buffet had the best service the morning crew even had coffee available bright and early. The views were stunning and watching cruise ships in the morning was a nice start to the day. Take a walk down the beach and check out the crocodile. We went for a long weekend and we thought it was a relaxing little getaway

The hotel has great potential, with some modifications. Check in area is too small and not enough staff. They will need more people there. Bell boys are too slow. Waited 30 min for my suitcases but ended up getting it as it took too long. Main restaurant need some upgrade too with bigger food selections.

Food was great, service was excellent, ambiance is amazing. Great entertainment. Friendly staff. However, rooms smell moldy, sink clogged, not only our room but some other rooms as well (friends). Rooms need upgrade badly.

We stayed here for a week & it was alright. For the most part the staff around the resort were friendly, helpful & approachable. We did have issues with the front desk or the service team. Our room was leaking water from the ceiling starting on day 3 and continued until day 8. We immediately reported it via the phone they said they’d send someone and never did. We used towels to clean it up and buckets to collect water we reported it on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done. We also had our room cleaned everyday and no one did anything further. We were told by the supervisor “this is the first time I’m hearing about this” even though the one work at the front desk was who we talked to and they denied it. We also had terrible luck with our room keys and getting locked out, several people we talked to reported this as well. Making reservations for dinner was extremely painful. Not sure we would stay here again or try somewhere else out. We also were never compensated for the experience in our room.
