The all inclusive features are great. And the beach access and beach bar were awesome. Nice buffet goes almost all day long. Free drinks. Our particular room looked pretty old, curtains didn't hang nicely which just gave the look of something more seedy.

Our room flooded 3 times (which they tried to blame on us) and the a/c didn’t work, and we had no hot water in the room and they were going to do nothing until I complained then they finally changed us to another room. We were supposed to have a king size bed with an ocean view, we got twin beds, the food looked wonderful but taste wise was totally lacking, and it was hard to even get into the restaurants

Fantastic budget property! Excellent food - best we've had for an all-inclusive resort. Everything is close & within easy walking distance. The poolside & beachside canopy beds are perfect, as is the 7th floor infinity pool! Wonderful, polite staff! Will absolutely come back!

like that the property had a pool by the ocean and had one on the rooftop great for sunsets! employees were nice. many options for food ranging from mediterranean to Japanese to classic mexican and french and italian but the down fall on those restaurants were thats it was very hard to get into. had to use there QR code the hotel gives you and had to rsvp between 9 and 11am and if u have multiple people in multiple rooms wanting to eat together u have to separately rsvp and HOPE you can get close if not exact times to sit together. they fill up quickly

We like the crown very much, but the aging property is about a 3.5 star resort. Its adult only, for a fair price. We've stayed here alot of times in the past few years, and will continue to.

Well without a bathtub which I need due to medical issues you guys would not fix it I asked everyday no luck the Friday before I left the maintenance guy said he had to get a part and never came back so the wife and I had to suffer otherwise it was ok should have gotten a refund on something as I would like to come back

You can’t check in until 3pm which is normal for resorts, however, our room wasn’t ready and we were told to check back in an hour. At that time they said it still wasn’t ready. Finally the third time we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until the next day so we had to stay at the Club for the night and then move back to the Golden the next day, again, at 3 or after. We booked the Golden since we were adults only. The Club was loud and crowded with young kids and families. Not the best experience to start but I guess that’s why it’s pretty inexpensive.
