It is a nice hotel on the beach with good dining options. Overall it is clean and feels safe. Staff was courteous and English speaking. Check in can take a very long time, though, as the hotel had only one desk person on duty at a busy time.

Booked for three days/nights at the property. The hotel requires a sign up system to get internet and dining experiences but for entire first day/night we were told we weren’t in the system and would need to wait for the next day to gain access to the dining options and therefore could not book any dinner reservations. Although, we were given the workers access code for the internet. The buffet was available but all hot food was cold. It seemed like everything was taken from the freezer and put under hot lamps. Drinks were very underwhelming. Wait staff appeared to be understaffed as the only time we were asked to be served was within the last 30 minutes of our stay. Second night went to the French restaurant were the food on the menu was not what we were served. Both the beef and mahi mahi options were describe as different garnishes but we were served the same thing just a fish and meat options which both were cold. A bartender was present but we weren’t asked what we wanted to drink as we were only given the speciality drink. All said and done at an all inclusive we ate four times within the resort but had to eat out afterwards every time. Left after the second night to which our bands were cut and never asked why we checked out so early.

Property is older and could use updating. Staff were absolutely terrific - from the servers to the concierges to the front door staff - all working hard to please us.food was very good. The French restaurant was our favorite!

When we arrived they did not have an oceanfront room for us which we had booked with our trip. They gave us a different room for one night and the next day we got an ocean front room. There was no hot water when taking a shower and the patio door handle was ready to fall off. We have stayed here many times before but it needs a lot of maintenance.

This is my second time staying at the resort. As many all inclusive resorts are, the food is okay. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities as close to shopping.

This property failed to meet our expectations from the outset. The property was unclean and visibly soiled in numerous areas, including the pool and bathroom. This experience was profoundly unpleasant, even the manager expressed his disdain for his employment there. Notably, they refused to refund our payment for the single night we were forced to stay. The situation was utterly distressing. Fortunately, Expedia intervened and canceled the remaining portion of our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this property even if it was for FREE!!

The staff are hard workers. There is a good variety of restaurants to choose from. My favorite was Salvador's. The buffet is pleasing to the eye at the start of it; like most buffets it tends to look sloppy later. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not great, the quality of the towels was good. Hot water was never a problem. I liked how most days the bedding on the pool beds were clean. I'm still disappointed (I've mentioned this before) that the pool on the 7th isn't designated as a quiet pool; all the pools get loud music starting at 11 everyday. Will definitely go back next year!

We recently spent one week at this property. Overall, the room cleanliness was good, beautiful view from our room, we had booked a king bed and ended up with two double size beds when we got there. The one thing we did find as troubling was the food was the same every single day in the buffet.No specialty evenings were offered. The à la carts were easy to book on their app, which was a bonus however the à la carts were not anything special either. It was nice that the property was close to the airport and had several options for pools as we stayed on the adult only side and had access to the children’s side of the resort. We did find the pools were not the cleanest, however. The chairs on the beach were very dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in sometime. The staff was friendly and willing to assist you.
