Great location, friendly staff. There entertainment equipment needs to be updated. Cable tv only has a few channels and they doesn’t have smart tvs to broadcast Netflix, etc.

The staff were generally helpful and it's a really charming spot in Sayulita. The hotel was near everything and we got the free breakfast add-on which was very worth it! There were a couple of things that were less than satisfactory: - The shower consistently didnt have hot water - If you get back later in the night (after midnight) the front desk is unattended for a while and you have to wait for someone - one of the air-conditioning units did not work But they were all pretty minor things for us ! So overall we had a fantastic stay :)

We had a great family vacation at Casa Loteria! The location is perfect- on the quiet end of town yet close to everything and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly- would definitely recommend!! Gracias!

When we come back to Sayulita, we'll definitely be staying here again. The villa feel is amazing! They offer free yoga which is a plus! The lication also can't be beat. It's not even a block from the ocean, and a 2 min walk to all the downtown restaurants. This place is perfection!

The hotel and the rooms are maintined clean, the staff is courteous and respectful, the hotel is within walking distance to downtone Sayulita, and the beach is 3 short blocks away.

The staff here is so friendly. I actually am going to miss them. The guys in the bar area are some of the nicest people on the planet! This place is just a couple minute walk from everywhere. Right next to the soccer field and a block and a half from the beach.
