The resort was clean and the staff were very friendly, but the walk ability was horrible for seniors like ourselves. Even though we thought we were in condition the walking and going up and down stairs some without rails was difficult for us and we saw many seniors also struggling.

I can’t say anything bad about since our first day we got to the lobby. Thanks to Terrance for guide us to the hotel and offered him if we need anything to make our staying more comfortable. Our reservations for our thematic restaurants were excellent. I liked to add all servers , chefs , captains and hostess provided an exceptional service expect at the bamboo a server called Othon never offered drinks , refills or ask if anything was needed. We had to ask for our drinks even spoons for the soups. We had an issue with room we got first , safe box was not working, the sliding door won’t lock , the air conditioning was not working . We got switched to another room , everything was working , except water tub got clogged and there was a square next bathtub was loose. I would highly recommended anybody who would like to stay at the palladium Punta mita . Just take in consideration Is an hour away to the airport and taxis get really expensive unless you want to take the public transportation.

We really enjoyed the setting most notably the beach access. The buildings are showing their age and the overall standard has dropped since our last visit 8 years ago. The most disappointing aspect was the constant attempts to upsell us on services. We felt like most experiences were meant to extract more money from us. We won’t be going back. Lastly, the resort allowed for day passes which included busses arriving daily with people who used all access and left in the evening. Not exactly a ‘resort experience’ for those staying for a week or longer.

The staff went above and beyond. Very authentic stay and the food was delicious. We travel to puerto Vallarta resorts 2-3x per year and this was one of our favorite stays!

Paid for Deluxe panorama ocean view- the room did not have a panoramic ocean view - room 1228 does not have a panoramic ocean view. Air conditioner in room was so loud could not sleep with it on Pool was dirty and closed for 1/2 of sunday 4/20 was very cloudy and dirty the day before. “ocean salt pool” did not exist Buffet was so busy for 3 or 4 days a line went down to bottom of stairs All of the restaurants were so busy we could only find reservations for 5 or 530pm. Bathroom didn't flush properly and flush button came off the wall.
