La playa es muy bonita, pero el servicio de parte del lobby no fue el mejor. La comida no estuvo nada buena asta el último día que hibamos a salir estuvo mejor. El show de circo estuvo muy bonito y si gustan una playa bonita y no es tan importante la comida recomiendo quedarse.

Hotel website claims this as 5-star - completely misleading. Check-in was rushed and unhelpful. The room was spacious but poorly maintained: extremely uncomfortable, sunken mattresses, bad pillows, dirty/possibly moldy curtains; a desk with no chair; missing balcony table despite multiple requests; and inconsistent towel replacement. Replacing a broken ironing board took three days and multiple requests, and the replacement was also broken and dirty. Food was lukewarm, repetitive and mostly disappointing. Staff repeatedly asked about allergies, but offered no guidance, there was no ingredient labeling or gluten-free desserts. The pool area was overcrowded and extremely loud, turning into a party atmosphere by midday. Evening entertainment blasted until 10:30 PM and could be heard on the 8th floor - completely unsuitable for families with young children. The beach is beautiful but poorly managed: limited umbrellas (8 total for 30 chairs), inconsistent cleanliness, and a smoking area placed directly at the narrow beach entrance despite claims of being smoke-free. Kids Club smelled like a pile of dirty diapers masked by an overwhelming air freshener. WiFi was spotty. The overpriced lobby shop attempted to charge our card $1,000 USD instead of pesos, resulting in a fraud alert. We were even questioned about “checking out” when our room key stopped working mid-stay. Aside from the view and weather, this feels like money wasted. Stay elsewhere.

⭐ Club Royal Puerto Vallarta – Honest Review ⭐ Unfortunately… this stay was a miss. Food: • Breakfast/Lunch Buffet: Breakfast has a fresh omelet station, which was the highlight. Lunch? …no comment. • Dinner: You choose between Mexican or Italian. • The Mexican dinner was honestly disgusting. • The Italian was actually great! • Portion Sizes: Shockingly tiny. Not enough for a small child, let alone a hungry adult. Staff & Service: Your experience depends heavily on your bracelet color—aka your VIP status. If you’re not rocking the black VIP band, prepare to be treated like an afterthought. High-Pressure Sales (“Vultures”): The time-share/vacation-club team WILL harass you daily. Every day. Every angle. It’s exhausting. Resort Experience: • The property looks beautiful, but the pools are absolutely freezing. • Expect kids running and screaming everywhere. • Our room smelled musty, and not in a “tropical ocean breeze” way. Bottom Line: While the view is stunning, everything else fell flat. ❌ I will never come back. ❌ I will never recommend this resort.

The resort is a little gem. The staff was friendly. The only issues I had were, the ATM was out of order, there was no currency exchange, and the worst was the loud music until 11pm every night. You can hear everything in the hallways and outside. There were plenty of things to do. We had a romantic dinner on the rooftop and it was perfect.

Rooms are great, some staff is very friendly and some are grumphy. One issue that really stands out for me is the variety of food, although it is delicious, its limited. They have an italian restaurant with ridiculous policy. My wife and I traveled with two minors 10 and 12 to be exact and were denied the entrance to the restaurant. Another thing I wasn't happy with is the beach space, which i totally understand is not in their hands to expand.

BAD, BAD, BAD! I only put 5 stars so this review doesn’t get erased and people really get to know how horrible the service at this hotel is. *Restaurants suck! Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation. *pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool. *snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you. *lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms. *Room service… always wrong, missing items, and they never have what the menu suggest. Only good things were the view, the beach is nice but strong and deep. (Not kid friendly) I also liked that they have a lot of activities and shows.

As we walked into the hotel, we had an awesome view to the beach with a turquoise color. Our room was great !! Clean and spotless. A small water leak issue in are first night but, was taken care off wright away. All the staff members we met were very polite and helpful. Food was great ! As well.

The room was nice but the facilities overall seemed neglected. Food was terrible (I'm picky, but there were times I could find NOTHING to eat.) Food info is hard to find. they don't tell you before you go but most of the restaurants have a dress code. We didn't bring the right clothes so we were limited to one restaurant. I didn't realize when we booked but it's at least 30 minutes into town. Seemed like a lot of local people from Mexico stayed there and lots of families.

Please be ware that the room deals’ hotels.com have with them are certain type of rooms, ones with no views. If you want a view you have to upgrade it with a cost. The food was just okay, restaurants on property are decent enough, def not 4 or 5 stars dining. Breakfast was good probably the only meal we enjoyed. It seems that the hotel is always hosting outside parties, at least every night we were there, events were held. BUT if you’re looking for a decent place to stay with a nice private beach and unlimited alcohol this one is for you. Staffs are friendly.
