I loved this place! Rooftop pool was gorgeous and tranquil. never overcrowded or too busy. views from the room were nice. close to the beach and you are allowed to walk through the other hotels nearby and they give you beach towels (no chairs though). only complaint is gym could be improved but i would stay here again!

Ckeck in was fast, the hotel is very clean, roof top pool area is amazing! Nice room with balcony. The only draw back is the highway noise, it can be very loud. Mostly quite from 11 to 7.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last 2 years. Service and quality has been consistent and falls well within the value of reasonable pricing. It’s one of the most impressive low priced travel destinations I’ve ever stayed at. Large accommodating modern rooms, very clean, great views, tasty breakfast buffet with lots of options and the staff is A Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Staff was super friendly. You are very close to the beach. But who needs it when you have a roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi with a fully stocked bar that serves food and a live DJ

This is a nice hotel. It is clean and in a good location. The staff was nice. Pool is great. Nice, small refrigerator and a good safe in the room. However, the one thing that totally ruined our stay was their key system. They want you to use a cell phone app in place of a second key, and it just does not work. We tried multiple times, reset the app, and it was simply useless. They were incredibly resistant to giving us a second physical key. Since one needs a key both to use the elevator and to activate the electricity in the room, this meant that if one of us wanted to go out alone, the other was left in the room with no electricity. It took me two days to convince them to give us a second key (a plastic card, so it is certainly not expensive; their insistence that we should use the app made no sense). If I were to to Vallarta alone, I might stay at this hotel again, because everything else was fine, but no way would I go back if I were sharing a room.

Buffet breakfast and rooftop food was good. The elevator card scanners were temperamental all week. A bit of sewer gas from the shower. A lot of traffic noise because this is on the main route. Great central location.
