The place was falling apart, will not be going back. If I could go back in time I would have never booked here, I was feeling itchy just from laying on the bed for 10 mins, wherever you stepped water came up from the floor. The shower was flaking apart and was terribly built, water literally everywhere. No microwave, mirror, or fridge. 2/10 experience only good thing was the service and where it was located.

Overall we were happy with our stay. The rooms were definitely a little outdated and could use some fresh paint. The top bunk in the family room was slanted down so it was unusable, we pulled the mattress on the floor to use it. The elevators were our biggest complaint. There are 3 elevators but only one if working at any given moment, staying on the 12th floor we waited 15 mins or longer sometimes for an elevator with enough space. The staff was super helpful and hells kitchen is a block away with a large selection of amazing food. Fridge in the room and window unit worked great.

The location is amazing for the price. The bed was comfy. The room was beautiful. The staff was nice. Parking is strange. I ended up in the wrong lot after misreading the website so my parking verification meant nothing. The so-fi might as well not exist. It was so poor that I couldn’t connect at all. A staff member gave me the staff password and that one was just as bad. The TV had no remote. We asked about it at the desk, no one came. Called again from the room. When some finally came the man just stood in the room adjusting the TV himself and still left no remote. Overall, great place!
