Room wasn’t as clean as it normally is, but still a lovely, quiet place. Staff is extremely nice. I’ve stayed in 10 different hotels in PV and never trust that one of their amenities is a hot tub. Inevitably, they all seem to be L out of commission: won’t heat, needs cleaning, and so on. Mondavi has a working hot tub! Good jet pressure, large space, clean, perfect temp to relax stiff and sore muscles. I wish the hotel had a coffee bar or fruit station . There’s nothing to drink nearby. Closest coffee is at the hotel next door. They must be making a fortune. Perhaps I should offer to be their barista for a month and show them that espresso is a potential gold mine.

Hotel Mondavi is located on top of a hill in one of the most luxurious and safe areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are many beautiful mansions around, and I saw police patrols often, which made the area feel very secure. The staff were friendly, and the property itself is quiet and peaceful. The pool and rooftop areas were usually private — most of the time I was the only person there, which made it very relaxing. The room size was just right, and the air-conditioning worked well. I walked from the hotel to downtown Puerto Vallarta several times. The walk took less than 40 minutes, and it was a nice road with great scenery. This hotel is perfect if you want to relax, enjoy the views, and spend time at the property. However, if you plan to go to the beach or downtown multiple times a day, keep in mind that the walk or ride up the hill can be a bit challenging to do more than once a day. Overall, it’s a great place for peace, comfort, and beautiful views.

Conchas China is perfect for decompressing. No noise, no traffic, beautiful view. Extremely boring area. Not great if you want to.ealk.amd have King or respiratory problems. It's windy and the size of a small mountain Access to upper rooms not safe. Hotel room.amd balcony are very nice and spacious. Huge views of the sea because the entire exterior wall is a patio door and floor to ceiling windows. Has so much potential .Needs some upgrading, great restaurant and room service. Very quiet and relaxing. Would be one of PVs best of they had a hot tub and the other things i.mentioned. Comfy beds.
