Great location, lovely pool - not huge, but just big enough - We did not like or first room, but we upgraded to a bigger and better one with a partial view ion the ocean! The breakfast of coffee, baguette and portion of fresh fruit was OK, but there are plenty of options for an extra and quite reasonable cost. And the hotel hugs the ocean, though few go out to try to swim in its powerful waves, and everything you might want is right there on the malacon.

We really liked the convenience to the malecon and beach; however, we hated the extreme noise from the street till the early morning hours. The front desk staff were terrible. When we called for them to send up a maintenance man , they gave us the Mexican kiss off by saying that they would talk to their partner and then just hang up. They did that again when we tried to change rooms.

Excellent location to the Malecon. Only complaint is the beds ate not designed fot tall people. Im 6'1 and my feet extend off the bed.

This hotel is very convenient. The location is around restaurants, bars, easy access to transportation. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I highly recommend.

Convenient location near Malecon.

Very quiet at night, despite the excellent location. Good internet, good water pressure in shower, good channel selection on TV. Service in restaurant slow and inept. Continental breakfast consisted of bread with margarine and strawberry syrup, orange drink, coffee with powdered cream. Electrical outlets in odd places in room.

Older but neat and tidy.

Great little hotel. Neat and clean. A little older hotel but price reflects it. Right on the edge of the Malecón and great walking distance to all the sights. Rooms facing the street were sound proffered better than what I thought and noise wasn’t an issue. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

It was a one night stay. We were there just to sleep. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. We were glad we could store our luggage for us. They were happy to do an exchange of large bills to small bills. They helped us locate a reasonable priced taxi after the first taxi was going to overcharge. Very nice staff!

Very nice, clean, charming hotel, convenient location. Complimentary breakfast very poor, but you have an option to upgrade if you pay extra. Would stay again if I had an option to get a room with an ocean view

The fact that is a historical building. One of the first hotels in puerto vallarta. What I didn't like was the size of the bed we got. We survived it.

The Rosita is not located on a sand beach so we had to rent chairs elsewhere on a beachy area. The pool was fairly small, chairs uncomfortable. The staff and our housekeeper were very pleasant. Great location on the Malecon. Close to several shops, restaurants, and bars.
