This is a fantastic hotel. The staff was super attentive. The property is gorgeous. I would stay here again anytime. Unfortunately, we were on a tight schedule and did not have the chance to enjoy all of the amenities and the beauty of the property. If you come here make the time.

The room was nice and clean. Normal size for Tokyo, which will seem a little on the small side. What makes New Otani shine are three things: A magnificent view, the gardens, and the service. The view from our room was amazing. Twice, we woke up to a view of Mount Fuji. The view of the city was breathtaking. The gardens have a rich history and are a wonderful relaxing walk when you have a few minutes. It's hard to believe you're in the middle of the biggest and busiest cities in the world. It's unique to have this as part of a hotel. The service is impeccable. You get used to good service in Japan but New Otani is over and above. Meticulous care for your room and the staff are always helpful and polite. We loved the people at New Otani. The New Otani Hotel is the best hotel in Tokyo!

excellent service , lots of good restaurants in the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. A large TV and now provide an app to check the status of the restaurants so you can choose which one to have breakfast. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel. Will absolutely come back again! Only 1 thing the cleaning staff forgot to put back some santuary bag in the bathroom.

This hotel is excellent all around. The rooms are large for Japan and ours, with two twin beds had a table and chairs and felt roomy. The food for breakfast and dinner one night was very good. The walk to the nearest subway, which has good connections, was under five minutes. The staff were unfailingly helpful.
