Room was nice and big and huge shower. Location very central and easy access to Metro. Staff is the best. I had lost my glasses and maintenance service found them and managed to have them shipped the same day to my next hotel 4 hours from there. thank you

My stay at Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower was excellent. The location is truly unbeatable, convenient for getting around Tokyo while still feeling calm and removed from the city rush. The garden is a real highlight: beautifully maintained, peaceful, and the perfect place for a morning walk or a relaxing break after a busy day. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options and high quality across the board. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and the service was smooth even when it was busy.

Everything was really clean and the hotel was definitely luxury! The grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with a really cool history, and a waterfall which made it very picturesque. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
