The property has good amenities, spacious rooms, good pools and a good beach. Lots of food and beverages options. I was not happy with the overall service, except for a few most of the staff in restaurants were not welcoming and polite, could be they were overworked, underpaid or just didn't care. Overall customer service fell flat of expectations atleast not at par with what one would expect for a property that claims to be 5 stars. Its more like a 5 star property with 3 star service.

Very fun and enjoyable experience. Our Butler Henry went over his best effort that we Will have best experience. She even made a surprised room decor for my wife’s birthday. Our room is so great, ocean with a huge patio. Dining options are exemplary, very nice people and delicious food and drinks. We have the best experience of our life specially my wife had a blast birthday. Every restaurant we ho they have surprise greetings for her with especial Dominican birthday song. Best experience ever. Thank you all staff. The executive club is another best thing.

I stayed with my teenage daughter in the family side of the resort. The entertainment staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the activities at the pool and the nightly shows in the theatre. The beach was gorgeous too. The food was only so-so. Definitely better in the a la carte restaurants, but the buffets were hit and miss and some items were really heavy on the salt. We had some minor inconveniences during our stay (our room wasn't ready until almost an hour past check in time, they forgot to give us the cards needed for beach towels, our room keys deactivated the day before we were supposed to check out), but staff were quick to fix things when it was flagged to them.

The resort was beautiful and had plenty of lounge chairs by the beach and the pool. Plenty of bars and restaurants. However, we found that the food at the buffet was better than the restaurants. We did not eat at any of the reservation only restaurants, but the steakhouse was out the tenderloin and the ribeye so we got New York strip, which was overcooked. The salmon was good but cold . We were there at 7:15. The Italian restaurant didn’t offer anything special. We ate all our other meals at the buffets which offered a wider selection. The wait staff in general were friendly.but most spoke very little English. On the plus side, the place was beautiful and well maintained and offered a lot of beach activities including hobie cats, kayaking and snorkeling which were all included.

The property was very beautiful, well manicured and clean. Restaurants: The restaurants were very good-Japanese teppanyaki was excellent the gentleman we had put on a fantastic show. The regular restaurant (sushi) was incredible and had so many different choices. The Italian restaurant was very good and service was excellent. The Buffets were good and had plenty of choices. Tons of lobster on several days. The Steak House was a let down as our food was not even warm-many other guests complained of the same issue. The Sea & Sea restaurant if nice located right on the beach (what a view)We did not try the French restaurant. The drinks were a bit disappointing because they didn’t make them look fancy with the fruits, etc. I’ve never ordered a Pina Colada anywhere and not have a piece of pineapple on the rim. This was disappointing! Room: We had a Jr. Suite room with a king bed and a jacuzzi with a balcony. The room was huge, modern and very clean. I do feel that the shower could use another shelf for toiletries given the size of the shower. Beach: Absolutely beautiful stretch of beach with crystal clear water and plenty of chairs and palapas. Hotel security guards were always on the resort beach helping to make you feel safe. Entertainment: Nightly Shows were good but the sound system needs improvement. The Show Director (tiny guy) we could not understand a word he said when he spoke. Shopping: There is plenty little gift shops on the property & a pharmacy.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El personal cuál buenos latinos fueron muy cálidos lo cual nos hizo sentir como en casa. Su gente hace la diferencia!! Lo único que vale remarcar es que esperábamos ver una playa sin sargazo, pero definitivamente es un lugar para regresar.

We thought that the resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the buffet choices and thought the food was good. The "specialty" restaurant choices weren't as unique as some resorts we have stayed on. The steakhouse was good. Our main complaint was the absolute insanity of the spring breakers while we were there. We were hoping that they would not have as many there, as it is a bit nicer of of a resort. However, the kids in the room next door screamed, fought and threw things all night long, every night. I suppose it is hard to regulate that but it definitely soured our experience. I would definitely go back to this resort, but NOT during spring break!!
