I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided from the very beginning of our stay. Any issues were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, well-educated and attentive to our needs. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort and Majestic exceeded my expectations.

Everything is walkable at Majestic. Rooms are clean. Staff are fun, amazing and friendly. Restaurants are decorated tastefully, food is fresh and very good. The pools although very clean, can use updating as tiles are missing in many areas.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the greeting upon arrival to departure. The event staff were energetic and very engaging! Erickson, our butler, with the club level rooms was so attentive and met all of our needs! The food was great! Very clean rooms and grounds! Definitely would go back!

We had a good trip overall but there were some issues that prevent me from rating this resort higher. When we arrived Saturday evening the room we were assigned had not been cleaned. We were quickly assigned another room. The main door to that room wouldn't latch. We notified the front desk and it was fixed quickly but then the dead bolt would not work. We let guest services know the next morning and it was sort of fixed, well enough that we just dealt with it. We scheduled an excursion Thursday that left at 7 am so we order room service for breakfast. It was supposed to be at our room at 6:15 am. At 6:25 am it still hadn't shown up. We walked down to the buffet because guest services told us the previous day that it would open at 6:30 am so we would be able to eat before we left for our excursion. Needless to say we were told wrong and got nothing for breakfast that morning. The staff didn't seem to eager to rectify the situation. The day before we left we came back to our room to find chocolate covered strawberries. We initially thought it was an apology for the missed room service but when we read the note with them we discovered that they had been delivered to the wrong room. They were intended for another guest who had a bad experience at one of the restaurants. Overall the resort is nice, we really liked the size. It wasn't huge but you still had room to spread out. I doubt we'll be back though.

Lots of mixed feelings about this stay. The beach is beautiful and the pools were well maintained. Sofia at the main lobby bar was an absolute angel and kept us stocked in iced coffee all week. However, from the time we checked in things were not explained well to us, we were not provided towel cards initially and we had to figure by trial and error which restaurants we were allowed to eat in. We were offered a complimentary upgrade for the last two nights of our stay which on the surface was a windfall however we were then responsible for carrying our luggage across the entirety of the resort to the new room and had to walk this route multiple times when our new wristbands didn't work. We were told when the room was switched that everything would be taken care of for us and that we would have a swim out room on the first floor but ultimately ended up in a corner room on the third floor. On the morning our rooms were to be switched we were then told the room wasn't ready after they had checked us out of her old room so we didn't have a room for half a day. When we got to the new room it was not stocked, didn't have any water in the fridge or bathrobes. While the staff were generally pleasant it does seem as though communication is lacking across the board to the point where it adversely affected our stay. Food was average to below average at best, the steak from the steakhouse was salted beyond belief and we ended up living much of the time off of fresh fruit and omelettes.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Food quality is good but their cooking method need to improve. Some food too salty and meat alway overcook. Fruits quality needs to improve. Quite a lot of flies are around sushi, sandwiches and fruits.
