My Husband and I spent a week in Majestic Elegance, we had a great experience. Room was clean, beautiful staff, very hard working and the amenities were all clean and well maintained.

Room was clean. There was a small leak from the ceiling but it was good overall. Food was okay, if it was egg or potatoes then it was cooked perfectly but overall food was just okay. Wouldnt recommend you to eat the buffet food. Amenities and beach was very good.

This hotel does not honor Expedia rewards. Status is not recognized. Our anniversary was not acknowledged in any way. Everything clean, very nice pools and beach. Staff is excellent. Miriam in the buffet is the best! Entertainment team is fun and friendly. We had a lovely pool view but if you want quiet, make sure the room isn't near the swim up bar! Party animals don't stop. Still, it was all terrific. Thank you.

The family is very nice for kids n adults.. pool needs some work .. lots of broken tiles laying in the pool n the ends of the pools are cleaned once a day. They need to be cleaned a few times a day cause the scum builds up
