A beautiful hotel with a spacious , elegant room and balcony. The gym was top notch. I used it everyday. The rooftop infinity pool made for a relaxing oasis. I ordered delicious coconut water everyday. We ate at Masi for lunch--delicious and affordable! Plus, we enjoyed hot lattes daily at the lobby cafe. Our total food bill was incredibly affordable. My only critique would be the area outside of the hotel. While there are plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to, dog walkers in the area do NOT routinely pick up their dog's waste. We had to constantly look at the ground to make sure we were not stepping in dog poop. Not so fun.

Nice facility but lousy staffs

It is a nice stay.the facility is great. The room is spacious with balcony partialy face the sea. We enjoyed the infinity pools and the food in the restaurant. But the staffs are lousy. The check in process is super slow. Quite a few staffs in the restaurant know little about the things there and service was slow.
