Good Morning The hotel was lovely but they had given me the wrong room the first night and didn’t put me into the correct room till the next day at almost 5pm ! My boyfriend kept calling the front desk and no one would answer his calls . I had called the day before to make sure that my room was available because I’ve had issues with this in the past and they confirmed that my original room was available and ready for my stay till we get there and they gave us a completely different room than I had booked . The fact that they didn’t answer the phones when you called was ridiculously annoying . The food and the restaurant weren’t that great for the price you pay for this all inclusive . The cleaning staff were amazing but in the first room we got no one ever showed up to clean it which was highly annoying as well .
