Breakfast and staff are fine. SPA is very average. Hotel and all services are overpriced. Restaurants and bars are extremely overpriced. Rooms are very clean and fine. Swimming pools outside were closed.
This property exceeded my expectations. The staff were excellent. The restaurants were wonderful. It is so convenient to the town. I highly recommend it.
A fantastic luxury resort overall. Generally great service, except the restaurants which were serviced by junior staff who were uncoordinated.
Expect to spend quite a bit to enjoy the full experience. May not be the best choice if you are away from the resort most of the time.

The Grand Hotel Baz Ragaz is one of a kind. Worth every penny and then some. Markus Huber is the best concierge in the world. Go there. You will not be disappointed.
Especially housekeeping services is excellent. They are the best. Concierge and recieptionists are bad working. They are answering very late and incorrect
Gorgeous hotel and location. Highly recommend to those who want to relax and be pampered. Professional service. I had the Swiss body treatment. Best treatment I have ever had and I have had many treatments all over the world. I had dinner at Memories located in the hotel. The cuisines and service were phenomenal. It truly was a memorable night.
