Terrible experience – room smelled like urine The room had a strong urine smell, which the front desk admitted was coming from the A/C unit. Their solution was to “just keep it running.” It’s clear they were aware of the issue but still chose to assign us the room. There was only one partially used toilet paper roll provided for four guests. We were placed on the first floor right next to a busy road, so the noise level was constant — both from outside and from the room above. When we asked for assistance, we were told to contact Expedia since we booked through them. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. Would not recommend.
