Bad experience at this hotel. They changed the price upon our arrival, and there was a serious lack of transparency regarding their service charges. The receptionist who assisted us with the final invoice at the end of our stay was very rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning to this hotel. The staff was very unhelpful and dismissive.

It was a great stay! Good location but little bit far from the old Quebec in the winter weather. The lobby is beautiful, cozy and clean,2 nice restaurants as well. We loved the pool too!! We booked a suite and everything was good! The housekeeper forgot to clean the nightstand it was sticky and you could see the glass marks. Not a big deal I wiped it. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price of the parking. (Not worth 36$/night for an outdoor parking lot with no security!)
