Stayed at this hotel expecting the same quality I experienced at another branch, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The place needs serious attention outdated rooms, lack of cleanliness, and a general feeling of neglect. Breakfast was also disappointing, nowhere near the standard I’ve had at the same brand elsewhere. The only thing that made the stay bearable was the kind and attentive staff. Without them, it would have been a complete no-go. Wouldn’t return unless major improvements are made.

We called ahead to let the hotel know that we were going to be arriving past midnight after a 10 hour drive. The lady was very helpful and checked us in ahead of time. When we arrived another lady was working the reception desk but was not responding to our arrival because she was on FaceTime in the room behind the desk. We were finally checked in and settled into our room by about 1am. At 6am, our hallway was filled with laughter and talking as other hotel guests arrived for their breakfast service. By 7:00am, the 2nd floor above us was banging and we could hear the vacuuming through the ceiling. It was incredibly poor planning to put guest rooms next to a busy common area for other guests. I got very little sleep, making the stop less than helpful on a long road trip. Additionally, the housekeeping above us was far too loud for 7am. It’s a hotel….people come to sleep.

The hallway was littered with Cherrio-like debris. There was a truck on the parking lot that was on all night--likely the refrigeration unit. We were in 307 and the person above us on the fourth floor could be readily heard pacing about from 7 to 9. He or she returned about 1:30 am and could be heard once again. The bathtub has gaps about the shower in places.

The pool was unique-great for toddlers. They had a sauna and spa and pool for adults separate from the kids pool area. Great stop for family with small kids.
