Waited over 5 hours in lobby for check-in, during the wait time no one really cares about client experience. Eventually got room after midnight, but bathroom sink is broken, too tired to ask people to fix. Called front desk next morning, no one picked up the phone, next time called put me on hold for more than 30mins. No service at all, the worst delta I ever stayed at. A/C set to 20 degree but room temperature always @ 26 degree. Called front line to report issue, no one came even after we checked out. Do Not book this hotel! Not recommended for anyone wants to travelling to old Quebec. Even motel service is better than this!!!

Location of the hotel is amazing, however for the price of the room, its a pretty average hotel. Rooms look a little dated, theres not much in the room, a small bar of soap and the tiniest of hand lotion. The bathroom has barely any light, and had mismatched light bulb. I don't know overall, for the price... not sure i'd revisit.

Overall, i would stay there again. The hotel had very welcoming multilingual helpful staff at the reception desk. Housekeeping did not come by on our third day and we ran out of clean towels. They did however swing by later at my request and dropped off a couple of clean towels. The AC works very well and is needed in July.
