Pool and spa need to be cleaned and renovated. Clean room, beautiful view of the city. It would be nice to warn guests in advance that they have to announce themselves at reception to have access to the parking lot even if it's marked full.

The people in the restaurants and lobby were great. The location is excellent. The general condition of the facility is poor. The room decor was aged and the ceiling had been poorly repaired. Take some of the money from your overpriced room and clean the place up….major Reno!

This hotel obviously takes pride in providing excellent customer service. It is in a perfect location for walking to the old city, with a lot of shopping and dining options in close proximity. We will definitely stay here again.

I always go to le Concorde when I go to Quebec and this time it was horrible. Got two bookings this time so I ad to leave at 11 to have my next room at 4. Even though I went multiple times to ask if I could have my room asap since I was already a client there and was on site compared to other customers, I received my key rooms at 4:45 and when I went upstairs, my room wasn't ready yet. No kleenex, half of a toilet paper, the suite walls were horrible with water leakage. The pool was soooo dirty. I know that it was spring break, but didn't even go in the water. Being a customer of this hôtel for a while now, I will think twice before trying it again.

You get what you pay for

I have stayed a few times but unfortunately this was not a good trip. New parking garage six blocks away was nothing short of just a pain if you need to get to your car often walking through rain or snow or whatever Quebec will throw at you weatherwise. In addition had a room with constant construction noise and light hammering and when asked to move they said Unfortunately they were booked up for the whole weekend and that was all they had. Rooms are just very dated now with not many updates. The staff is always friendly but I guess as one of the cheaper hotels now in Quebec City this is what is expected you get what you pay for. I've stayed here A bunch of times and always thought it was a good value but with fees going up prices going up and parking going up it is only within $100 or so of the other large chain hotels in town and a large chain hotels for $100 more night are superb value compared to this one now unfortunately. I still love the location by The Plains and if the carnival is in town but unfortunately the value of the hotel just isn't what it used to be after the last 10 years of coming up. I was so disappointed this time unfortunately that I didn't even stay my last two nights I just booked another room at the Hilton and enjoyed the rest of my stay in QC

Basic... no extras. You can tell it used to be a high end hotel, but not any more. It was quite frustrating to be sent to park several blocks away in the dead of winter.

Terrible, no parking available underground for nearly a week straight... 10 minute walk to your car... under beds and tables not wiped they were filthy... bathroom curtains all ripped and not well stocked... no micorwaves in room very inconvenient. And elevators are terrible waits.
