Horrible experience…arrogant night clerk

Check in time was 5pm but we called ahead and told the hotel we would be checking in late. Got here and checked in around 10pm. Got to the room and went straight to bed. Half hour later the room got warm so I changed the thermostat by one degree to turn the AC on and it was loud. So loud that we could not sleep with it in. I tried to be patient cuz I was super tired and my husband had been driving all day so I turned it off. I kept having to turn it on and off to cool the room down but then our sleep was interrupted and uncomfortable. At 2:57am I called the reception and the clerk arrogantly asked me if the issue started from the time we got there because it was too late to get someone to fix the problem. What upset me the most was the arrogance of this person. The previous guests checked out at 11am maybe, our check in time was supposed to be 5pm, so did the crew not inspect the room and have it ready for the next guest??? Was there not enough time to make sure the room was absolutely ready for the guests??? The hotel guarantees comfort and relaxation and also keeps sending emails to sell more services….is this what we are to endure when we stay with you?? I am appalled at the clerk’s audacity to make that remark when he and the management failed to provide us with a room and experience they guarantee. It’s 3:42am right now and I can no longer sleep. My plans for the day will be shot. And no I have to look forward to a very unpleasant conversation with the supervisor.

L'espace déjeuner étant en plein centre c'est très bruyant le matin à partir de 7h00 am. Le déjeuner continentale est très boff et les gens qui y travaillent semble plus que blazé.Par contre, la grandeur de la chambre était vraiment bien, lit confortable.

Staff was friendly , rooms are rounddown , screendoor as greytape holding screen balconies are right beside turbine motors outside making loud noise, AC in room is filthy and makes loud noise. One good thing is strong water pressure in shower.

The pictures dont do the m this hotel justice. It was so beautiful and clean. we enjoyed our stay. My only issue was that there was no protein at breakfast, unless you wanted peanut butter. There was 8 different cereals, but I dont drink milk, and multiple bagels, but my body can't digest bread. Had I known, I probably would have chosen another hotel.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing enough to warrant one. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room felt unclean, and the coffee machine was covered in dust and barely functional. To make matters worse, there was no kettle available, and one of the cups still had visible lipstick stains on it—absolutely unacceptable. The balcony door had a mosquito screen, but it was glued shut due to holes in the mesh, making it nearly impossible to open. That defeated the purpose of even having a balcony. As for breakfast, it was extremely poor. The options consisted of dry bread, basic cereals, a small selection of jam, and one type of cheese that was so hard it couldn’t be spread on a bagel. It felt more like a last-minute setup than a hotel breakfast. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.
