Bartender and bar manager went above and beyond for my special needs adult son. Truly appreciative of their efforts. Restaurant staff also excellent at breakfast. Concierge was extremely helpful as well. This is a very well run place

This property is a gem. The room featured two queen beds with French doors separating a small living room. There was a small kitchen area (sink, mini fridge, and microwave), and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. Though the hotel was a bit dated, it was far better than staying is an average hotel with little charm or unique features. Our kids are 7 and 10 and absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area. Besides the qualities listed already, one of the best things about this hotel is the location - it is right in front of the main entrance to Old Quebec, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Quebec city they had an indoor pool and lots of restaurants around to eat. Very walkable we walk down to Frontenac. It was cool Starbucks there.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel is very well located, just on the edge of old quebec, so everything is easily walkable but also easy to access the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom suite which had a comfortable Murphy bed outside the bedroom. While some of the furnishings are showing their age (stiff faucet), we didn't have any issues during our stay. The room service meal we ordered was prompt and tasty with no added fees. Would definitely return next time we're in quebec.

The hotel room was very nice clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was attractive, but unfortunately too crowded to enjoy, and the jacuzzi was over capacity, which made it less appealing. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which is a definite plus. However, we wouldn’t recommend the on-site steakhouse. The calamari was overcooked and overall poorly presented. If you're looking for a quality dining experience, you're better off exploring one of the many nearby restaurants.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to old Quebec and because it had a room with enough beds for my family. Check in was fine and the hotel lobby looked fine although there were staff members smoking at both entrances (in front and back). When we got to our room in the afternoon we dropped off our bags and went straight to walk around the old town. When we returned after dark. We discovered several issues that should have been taken care of by housekeeping/ maintenance. - 2 out of 3 lamps in the main room didn’t work - the switch was broken off one and had been left on the desk, and the other lamp had a burned out bulb - the blackout curtains were partially off the hooks so we had to climb up and rehang them - there was NO HOT WATER. The following day they told us there had been an issue on the roof?! -the tv remote did not work and needed to be reprogrammed - it took half an hour for maintenance to come to our room which meant we were trying to get ready for bed in the partial darkness using our phone flashlights, and then maintenance came in while we were changing for bed. - an hour later (closer to midnight) another maintenance person knocked on our door “to help set up the bed”. We had not requested this and were woken up unnecessarily The hotel manager offered to refund parking (? We didn’t have any issues with parking) but not reduce the cost of the room which was over $400. I paid for hot water and light. Also - city view overlooks speakers and a loud
