When we arrived it took 20 minutes driving around the area of the casino as construction had parts blocked off and there were not good signs to show where the hotel lobby was. We finally got checked in and asked for a cart to put our luggage on and was told that others took them all to their rooms. We ended putting everything on my husbands walker etc. Really tired from a long day of driving it was not a good experience.

We were there for a competition at the event center. Beds were hard and pillows uncomfortable. The walls are very thin, and heard guests most of the night. Would not stay again.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy i woke up with a bad back and a migraine. Right outside of our room was an appliance dumpster and the worker’s were very loud

Unfortunately no one told the construction crew working on the property to not begin a loud power tool at 7:10 am! They probably did and someone forgot. Though common sense would make one think " Hmm, a commercial property that people have paid money to relax in. I think I will wait for an hour or so." Little Creek Casino are giving me an upgrade our next visit for that inconvenience.

Excellent security service..I had left my gift bag on the floor by the machine I had been playing ...went to another machine when I realized I didn't pick up my bag I went bag to the machine I had been playing...it was gone...went to security desk let them know in case anyone turned it in...it was within 15 min the security lady brought me my gift bag I had ..and nothing was missing in it...very greatful for her to had looked around and found it...and the casino was fun for our group...recommend the resort,

Went to the casino for my mom‘s birthday and rented a room. Our room didn’t have heat for some reason we had it on 88 hot and my mom and I literally had our teeth chattering all night long and when I brought it up to the front desk in the morning, they didn’t even apologize or address the situation at all.
