Closeness to everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We went for the Winter Carnival and we were so pleased with the location to everything. The frony desk staff were great, and very helpful. There is no elevator, but the proximity to everything made up for that. The room was the junior suite which was perfect. Our kids loved the jacuzzi tub. I would stay there again for the closeness to everything! The parking was fine, in the back they did have a huge snowstorm, so it was difficult to shovel our spot, but we were in Canada in February!

Hotel is filthy, mold in the bathrooms, main hallways stink like smoke and the smell comes in the rooms. Heat in the rooms didnt work consistently. Spill stains on everything and you can see counter tops ansld areas are cleaned regularly. The hotel is right on top of a very loud bar that blasts music till 3am so good luck sleeping. The good thing about it is that it is close to everything. I wouldn't stay here again

December Stay in Quebec

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and made us feel very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at the Unilofts Grand-Allee.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hygiene standards are clearly lacking: • The ceiling in my room had dirty and neglected fixtures. • The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a stained faucet and visible mold on the walls and tile grout. • The overall level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for an establishment claiming to host guests. I absolutely do not recommend this place and suggest the management seriously reevaluate their cleaning standards. For the price paid, I expected much better. An experience to avoid.

Déçu de l’hôtel pour le prix payer .

Nous avons pogné une chambre au premier étage . Près des escaliers. Nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois par des gens qui criaient. Le chauffage était au maximum et il ferait froid dans la chambre . Photo sur le site non représentative de l’état des lieux. Hôtel très vieux . J’ai retrouvé un bas dans la chambre d’une personne qui était là avant nous. Aucune accès pour les personnes à mobilités réduites . Stationnement non assurer , car il y a peu de place de stationnement.
