Like: Room Size, the view from the room, the amenities, Few of the staffs were really nice and freindly. Location is walkable to the key areas. Dislike: Cleanliness (room floors were seemed vacuumed on first day we checked-in and after we checked-out. And we stayed for a week.), Some staffs were careless (not friendly and some quite sarcastic when asked for assistance). Had Air-Con issues and took 3 days to get sorted.

Extended stay in Queenstown

Staying in Queenstown for an extra 5 days after a two week tour. Hotel is new. Everything worked. Breakfast was good. Lobby, hallway and room were clean. Staff was helpful and check-in was a breeze. I arrived 5 hours before check-in time and they stored my luggage. Large picture window with views of the mountain and the gondola. Watching people paragliding was fun.

I picked this spot due to having a rental vehicle, I had to pay separately for parking. The breakfast buffet is extremely underwhelming. Yet most places in New Zealand seem to have weak breakfast offerings. Completely different from Asia, the Americas and Europe. Overall the staff was very helpful and the hotel is actually very nice

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, room was a bit small and the bed was supposed to be a queen size but it looked smaller than that, also not enough room to put stuff in the bathroom. Most of the TV channels were not working, we informed reception about this twice and they told us someone would come to fix it the next day, but no one ever came. Breakfast was okay, but it could vary a bit, it gets a bit boring after 9 days, coffee was really good!

Couldn't recommend Holiday Inn QT any higher!

The location is amazing. We stayed in room 508, with a panoramic window. An incredible view of the mountains and queenstown. The staff were incredible, especially the lead bartender at happy hour. Breakfast was much better than others we've experienced at other hotels over the last couple of years.
