The hotel is new and close to the town centre albeit a short uphill walk coming back. We loved the two queen bed setup which is perfect for 2A+2C. Good buffet breakfast selection. Will stay here again when we come back to Queenstown.

The rooms are well kept and clean. I will note that the bathroom is only separated by frosted glass which is fine for a solo traveler or couple but could be off-putting to friends/siblings sharing a room. There is not sufficient parking for the guests, but the staff were helpful in pointing out street parking and they generally have a space free for dropping off luggage at check-in and packing it up at check-out. The breakfast is included but the options are limited and feel like a school cafeteria.

Not much choice. No cheeses or cold meats. Rotated between vegetable fried rice or noodles, were tasty though. Staples- sausages, hash browns or potato gems and scrambled eggs. Room had a bad stench, even with room change it never left. My adaptor fried here. The staff was nice and breakfast was decent ( a little disorganized).
The door in the bedroom didn’t close properly either. We were only there for the night but it was not a good experience at all.
