My fifth stay, best hotel in Quito!

Great food, wonderful people, comfortable rooms and bed, can't beat the price, I go every February for 3 days to Quito and this is my fifth time staying here, would not stay anywhere else in Quito.

If you get the 2 bedroom sweet it's across the street from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I stayed for a week with my kids and it couldn't have been any better. Two days out of my stay the door lock for the building seemed to be malfunctioning so the hotel had 24/7 security watching the entrance, gave me a peace of mind for my children's safety although there was no near sense of danger on the property, but none the less the security staff was very professional. If you are looking to stay in the historic center of Quito I recommend this place. As far as location, being that it is in this area, car and foot traffic is very heavy and busy during the day so be aware. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as an ATM right outside the door.

It’s a familiar business and one of them picked me up at the AirPort. He was extremely helpful and host explaining ne everything about Quito on our way to the Hotel. Over there the recepción and Bell boy were also really nice and friendly.

The Real Audiencia is a historic colonial building that has been converted into a tourist hotel. For this reason certain modern comforts, such as lifts, are non-existent and the bathroom and showers in single rooms are quite small. The view from my room was also not fantastic. But the RA more than makes up for this for its superb location and view over one of Quito's most historic plazas from its 3rd floor restaurant, as well as for its warm, friendly staff

The location of the hotel is really really good. It's literally right across the beautiful church. You can have breakfast while enjoying the view from the top floor of the building!

The location is excellent! Breakfast area offered the best view in Quito. Very near to La Ronda for excellent dinner options. Very centralized .Their driver (Patrick) was very friendly and on picking up from the Airport told us about Ecuador and Quito. He even surprised us with the fruits we wanted to buy! Thanks Patrick! This is so warm! The reception was very helpful getting us the tours and connected with a wonderful taxi driver Francisco Fernandez , who took us to the crater lake and Otavalo on two different days.

Great location near all the historical center highlights. Great breakfast with daily chance to taste different local flavors. Quiet large rooms. No elevator because of historical preservation laws. would definitely stay here again.

The property is close to a lot of the things you want to do in Quito. The staff is nice and professional. The breakfast is good. The rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms are small. It can get a bit loud so bring ear plugs.

Great place in old town

Only spent 2 nights. Staff very helpful arranged a English speaking guide for the city. Breakfast was very good. Staff also arranged airport taxi for early morning flight. Would stay again

Great Hotel

I recently moved to Quito from the U.S. with my Ecuadorian wife. We both love this part of the city and enjoy spending a couple of days and nights here even though we live nearby. We have previously stayed in hostels but this hotel has spoiled us. Everyone there was so incredibly nice and the location could not be better. It's a very short walk to La Ronda, our favorite street for having dinner. The view from the restaurant at breakfast is beautiful. The king size bed in our room is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and wish I could have brought it home with me. We were looking for a "go to" place in old Town and I think we found it.
