The stay was vey good! Very kind staff and helpful staff at the reception, especially Daniel, who was doing all his best to fix my payment issues with my credit card. The housekeeping ladies were also open hearted and easygoing!
Overall-good. I travel about 1-2 times per month... more than a lot of people but not as much as others. I use the desk in my room a good bit, so a comfortable desk chair is nice. More often than not, the chairs are too low (even in the highest position) or are not very comfortable. This chair was the absolute worst. It didn't lock in the upright position and was wobbly from side to side. I nearly fell over when I first sat in it but soon learned how to balance myself. I told the front desk upon checking out but not sure if it got any further than that.
I wish hotels' housekeeping people would include "checking toilet seat for tightness" on their routine maintenance. I've started adding a screwdriver in my bag because the last 4 out of 5 hotels had loose seats. Not the worst thing in the world but one of 'the little things' that just make for a more pleasant stay.
$131 for a worn out, beat up, and dirty $70 hotel room. As of 3-5-25, the elevators have not been inspected since 2023. This hotel should be your resort only, and in no way represents most Comfort Inns.
