We drive here to fly out of Raleigh and leave our car at the hotel while we are gone. It is very reasonably priced and safe. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly.

I've been stricken by pulmonary embolisms and you don't offer any way to cancel my reservations or provide any recourse. Cleanliness was not appealing to my eye. Bed sheets had a mustard color stain upon arrival; front desk was very helpful and switched my room. Though, bathroom wear-and-tear was present with whooping noise of the fan and a crooked ceiling panel (both rooms had one, but the first had a coffee-colored stain on one its panels).

I am physically challenged and asked for a room with accommodations. The room was all the way to the end of the hall from the elevator. I was traveling alone. THAT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Friday night was the only unpleasant encounter with an employee. The man at the desk was abrupt and unfriendly!! The other two desk people I encountered were very helpful ,
