Overall it was a great place to stay and we were happy that we could get room service at 9:30pm after a long international flight. Plus the food was delivered quickly and the order was correct and tasted great. I think it is valuable to point out that the shuttle service was a bit of a problem. There is no information on the reservation about how to get the shuttle to arrive or where to actually stand outside to wait for it. I finally called the hotel for instructions. However there is more than 1 Embassy Suites shuttle - which would have been good to know in advance - especially since the first one that arrived was not the correct one - and the driver was a total jerk. He yelled at me and asked me if I could not read what is clearly printed on the back on his shuttle (the address). The driver seemed hostile to me so I was glad it was the wrong shuttle. The front desk staff at the hotel was excellent, professional and accommodating. The room, beds, pillows etc. were all excellent. My only room advice would be to replace the shower head - it was old and wasn't of good quality. I would stay at this hotel again - but I would not depend on the shuttle service from the aiport to the hotel again.

This property was very pleasant to stay in for a weekend getaway with my significant other. It's very close to shopping and restaurants, fast food or sit in. And the hotel restaurant was delicious. The only complaint I had was the floor in our room didn't seem super clean as we found a small hair product by the curtain from the last guest.

I would have rated this property a complete five stars, except I went down twice to request a rollaway bed. Second time I went down to request a rollaway bed we were heading to the pool when we got back from the pool there was no rollaway bed but somebody had Gone inside of our room and pulled the couch bed out. I was traveling with two children a boy and a girl that was part of our reservation also. I know how to use a fold-out couch I just did not want our children sleeping in the same bed.

we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat.

Great stay, great breakfast, free drinks at happy hour , kids loved the indoor pool water was not heated but they didnt care nearly as much as i did. Will definitely stay here again. Only negative was they charge $11 a night for parking which seems strange given the large off street parking lot without valet

The heating and air unit was broken in the room. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. After complaining to front desk the next morning upon checkout, they told me that there was a problem with that hallway and that they are sorry. However, we were still charge full price. I paid for the room through Expedia and the hotel charged me another full fee for the room after checking my credit card. My credit card was supposed to be used for incidentals and refunded back; however, it was not and I was charged another full price for the room. Several phone calls have been made and I still do not have a credit back to my account. Now I paid interest for a room that was extremely hot and uncomfortable and charged two times for one night. I complained about the temperature of the room again during a phone call to check and see why I have not been reimbursed yet. She said that she was sorry and would pass the information along to their manager, but nothing has been done.
