State of the room, we stayed in a newly remodeled room tiles were loose. Wallpaper was coming off the walls caulking in the shower was moldy. Both mattresses had holes that you would roll into. Water was off for repairs during our stay called the front desk and was on hold for 30 minutes. Overall service at the hotel was much lower than other stays on the Vegas strip.

The cigarette smoke hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the front door. It’s out dated but still kinda nice. The staff is what made the stay enjoyable.

Where do I begin? The entire experience felt less like hospitality and more like front-row seats to a low-budget circus — starting with the chaotic check-in process. The manager was unnecessarily rude, quick to explain what she couldn’t do, and even quicker to speak over guests instead of listening. It makes you wonder how leadership is handled behind the scenes if this is the front-facing energy. As for the Manor — stepping inside felt like time-traveling to an era when smoking indoors was still acceptable. The outdated rooms, dim lighting, and lack of meaningful upgrades gave “vintage,” but not in the charming way. For the price point, I could have stayed in DC and enjoyed far better ambiance, service, and overall value. An unforgettable stay — though not for the reasons you’d hope. Run far far away

Behind my nightstand, there were the corner of condom wrappers easily visible once I layed down in the bed. Otherwise, decent stay. The food inside of the hotel is mid and overly expensive. The rides at adventuredome aren't really worth the $50 pass either, but kids have fun.

My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The room, particularly the bathroom, was not properly cleaned. There were visible hairs on the ceiling and other areas that clearly had not been maintained. It gave the impression that the space had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. I immediately contacted the front desk to request a room change. I was told there was no availability, which I understand can happen. However, what was more concerning was the lack of follow-through. No alternative solution was offered, no housekeeping was sent, and no one checked back the following day. The overall experience reflected a property that appears to rely heavily on its Strip location rather than service standards. Customer service was minimal, and basic cleanliness expectations were not met. I left feeling disappointed and would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

It was someplace to stay. Plainly put, you get what you pay for. Room was clean but not perfect. Cigarette smell wafted through whenever other rooms would light up. The bathroom door couldn't close. It didn't even fit the door frame. The staff there were was probably the best part. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.
