Was it the syringe outside the elevator? The teeth flossing stuff on the elevator floor? The loud, obnoxious, never ending music? The lack of towel racks in the bathroom? The absence of a small frig in the room? The renovation piles of old things going and new things arriving stacked all over level 1 of the garage? The smell of cigarette smoke? The chaotic check in scene? The lack of ADA access between the Skyrise Tower and the check in area? The creepy worn out feel outside the entrance? The lack of anything other than fast food? What exactly was it that made our stay at Circus Circus unpleasant? I must say the staff were all very nice. Kudos to them.

The service was not prompt. There was no shampoo when I got there and even the dispenser was missing. I also called front desk and they had me on hold for a really long time that I was going to be late and just had to hang up. Would not recommend.

This property was just okay. Pretty clean, overall pretty quiet. Walking in between the theme park, taking almost three elevators and a flight of stairs, getting to our rooms was not convenient at all. Was not horrible, for the far trek to our room I probably would not stay here again.

One person at 8:30 Pm to service customers Kiosk only and not user friendly. Paid fees and room rate on line and was charged at kiosk an additional $76.00 for security deposit and hotel fees. Asked Customer service rep and informed me that was 25.00 refundable deposit and the rest were hotel fees I understand I got a discounted rate on line However security in back entrance is non existent.
