Terrible hotel out of all Raleigh ones Ive been to

I came back to my hotel room one day to find my toilet gone and a hole in the floor, not covered. Arent the fumes toxic? I was not notified that the toilet would have to be replaced due to a leak until I called the front desk, even the front desk rep had no idea. He moved me to another room quickly. The toilet in the new room didnt flush right and the heater was so loud, it would wake me up constantly. I would not recommend.

Our car was stolen from the back parking lot and they had no cameras to help us see anything after charging us $10 per night to park!! And the only thing they helped us with was supposedly refunding our money for the parking passes.

With the exception of one gentleman, front desk staff callous, uncaring, professional and rude. Not at all friendly (except for one gentleman who finally ended up helping me check in.) Warning to guests: the hotel imposes a $75/per day hold on credit card for “incidentals”. Takes 5 business days to be credited. When I checked out this morning I was told they couldn’t check me out at the moment because they were in the middle of an audit. This was 4:15 am. When I received my receipt via email, I had been charged parking fees for three days even though I didn’t have a car. The hotel is tired and the front desk ladies must also be tired because they seemed so disinterested and grumpy.

The hotel provided two double bed room which is not what I booked and paid for. When I went back to the front desk and told them, they told me this is what I booked, after I showed them the confirmation which is reserved for one Queen bed, they said this is what your sent them. They told me there is nothing they can do. They were rude and careless. In addition, they gave me a room right cross the elevator, the room is not soundproof, at midnight, I can hear in my room that lound noisy coming from the hall way or from the room beside mine or cross from mine room. When I shared my experience of the hotel with my colleagues, they all told me no one from our company stays there. I choose the hotel for the convenience despite I was warned before. It is obvious that I made a mistake to stay there
