Communication wasn’t relayed. Understaffed.

Our flight was delayed to the red eye, putting us in at 6am, I called tried to make sure we would have a room ready when we landed so we could get some sleep before our next flight at 4pm. Shuttle picked us up but the system is down and they are unable to offer any help or solution. My daughter and I are sitting in the lobby, tired and little sleep.

I thought I paid a little bit more in price to have a better experience at our hotel staying. Our flight landed super early in the morning and check-in is in the afternoon however I called around 12 o’clock to see if we can do an early check-in and they did have a room available so I was able to check in early, which was great upon making our way to the hotel, I noticed the outside wasn’t Maintained properly. There was a lot of food laying around at the entrance. There was a bag of cherries and a water bottle on the front ledge of the wall. The TV wasn’t working properly. I had to call for service.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, they had lots of choices everyday to choose. However I could barely get any sleep due to planes flying over the hotel every minute, also I was very disappointed that the pool was not in service.

You do hear every airplane entering and leaving the property being that close. Otherwise very convenient
