When we arrived there was no hot water and the property was roped off. I mentioned to the gentleman behind the counter that checked us in that I didn’t believe we needed to stay because I was having a major life changing surgery the following morning and he just ignored us. He wouldn’t let us cancel or anything. We stayed and thankfully had hot water the following morning, however it was very inconvenient to us.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing that I had an issue with was it was not disclosed prior to check in that there was a deposit that needed to be paid on each room at the location
