Beautiful property in Copley Plaza. Loved everything about it! The ambience was lovely. The staff was excellent, informative and beyond friendly. We really appreciated everything they did. The concierge went above and beyond. The restaurant was top notch. Their “sponsor” in the Lobby is not to be missed!!! He makes your stay worthwhile! Don’t sleep on this property! Would stay again!

We came to drop our daughter off at college. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating of all our luggage and bags. Genuinely so kind and helpful. Beautiful historic hotel and wonderful area of Boston. Restaurant in hotel has delicious food and wonderful staff. We plan to stay here again soon:)
