Out of all the good things about my stay, the best part was the service. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. The bartender at the restaurants, the front desk staff, the house keepers, everyone was was so welcoming and kind. I was so jet lagged and felt horrible but these small interactions made me feel so much better.

It was a vey beautiful stay expect on my 3rd stay they gave me a dirty room the sheets and pillow cases were not changed it was room 1121 I did ask for a different room and they did give me another room but other then that the hotel was amazing

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years but this was the worst and the conditions have downgraded including these pool passes that over crowd to pool so ridiculously horrible that the actual guests can’t even enjoy the premises. This will be our last visit.

The customer service was exceptional. The cleanliness of the room, not so great. The in-room dining was a not good, especially for the amount it was. You would be better off just heading downstairs and grabbing food at one of the many restaurants. The pool was nice but very overcrowded but nice. For the amount of money you spend on rooms etc I would have expected better.
