Location location location

Old school hotel trying their best to keep it together. Great location and employees make up for its shortcomings. All guests we talked to loved it.

We just returned from Beach View and we were very pleased with this hotel. The proximity to the beach is great literelly half a block away with views of the boardwalk and beach. It was a rather busy block based on the public beach access being at the end of the street so that is great but also made for a lot of cars trying to park and a ton of people walking back and forth all day. Loved the private parking lot and the complimentary breakfast in the morning wine at 5 and cookies in the evening. This is one of the few hotels with a pool. On the small side but clean and many lounge chairs around the pool. The location is great. Right around the corner to the main town hub. We had a very nice visit to Rehoboth !

Small rooms, the pictures were deceiving. The breakfast was very limited and the hot items were odd and not good. We used the laundry and felt like things didn’t get very clean or completely dry. As much as I liked the location, it was overpriced.

Amazing! Excellent! Beautiful! Along with the beautiful service of Cassandra & others, I found everything that you would want in a Hotel. Comfort, beautiful accommodations, cleanliness, cookies, free breakfast, free parking. Along with a microwave, Keurig and a refrigerator. What more could I ask for? Not a thing!

Everything was good enough but it was impossible to take a hot shower because the diverter valve was reversed such that hot only came out at the very beginning of the turn of the lever which not only killed the temperature but the water pressure too

We liked feeling safe and being treated as people not a number to meet a quota Breakfast, 5pm wine & cheese, and 8pm cookies were a nice touch. I felt bad for those that came around 830 as cookies were gone...some were taking 3 and 4 at a time... Pool looked inviting... Having an elevator...fantastic !!

Dusty rooms

There was what looked like decades-long dust build up behind all furniture and frames. They need to move the furniture once in a while and get those dust bunnies out. We suffered terrible dust allergies.
