Beautiful place for a family getaway

This was perfect for a family getaway with friends! The living area is great as there were two areas so worked out well to be one for kids, one for adults! The rooms were spacious and the community pools were great! Will definitely return!

Delaware Family Vacation

Everything about renting this property was wonderful! We have been traveling to DE for the last five years and by far this year was the best! I was very impressed with Tom and his communication. He checked in with me at the beginning and end of the week. I appreciated it very much! I highly recommend this property!

Exceptional vacation stay in a contemporary, well-designed townhouse

Beautiful, contemporary home with all the amenities ad comfort a vacation home has to offer. Tom was very nice and approachable. The rooms were beautifully furnished, state-of-the art kitchen, and comfortable family room on second level. All beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious and modern. Each level had a really nice patio (1st and 2nd porch were screened in - thank goodness) It was a rather hot week so the fans in the patios were welcomed. The house itself remained cool and comfortable the entire week. Lovely ground/first floor bedroom suite with a tv (my senior parents enjoyed that space). Consider having a smart TV in more than one bedroom.. Also, consider providing instructions for the family room smart TV - some families are not so tech savvy. There are 3 levels to this property - you may want to take that into consideration. We all kept in shape, without difficulty - including my healthy 89/90 year old parents! The entire family had a wonderful time and would come back again!

Clean and peaceful

Clean and peaceful...exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. This is a beautiful townhome with several balconies / patios, which we really enjoyed. (especially the screened-in porch). The master bath shower was awesome! It was conveniently located close to the beaches and stores. We took many walks in the neighborhood and were always greeted with "hellos" and waves from neighbors. Lots of dishes, glasses and pots/pans available (and most importantly a wine opener). Although we had our own beach chairs, it was nice there were some were available for use. Unfortunately, both the pools were closed a couple of days but that is not under the control of the owner so more a note to others (if you're interested in using the pool, you may want to proactively reach out to confirm it's availability). Easy and prompt communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again.
