Broken promises, in need of upgrades

They told us we would have rooms next to each other, we would have liked to be close to our daughter and granddaughter. Not. Room looked clean but white socks turned back. Hot tub missing tiles therefore very sharp surfaces on the seat areas. Needs to be upgraded to a safe standard. Bring your own beach towels if you plan on using the pool or hot tub. They provide small, sad and paper thin towels. Next time I will pay more and be more comfortable on my vacation.

The hotel deactivated my key I was wet from swimming and had to walk from the second floor all the way in the back to the front office to let them know my key wasn’t working

We had an amazing stay. I would totally recommend this place. From free breakfast to location (a bunch of restos and Raley's were walking distance), it was just perfect. Clean rooms and complete with toiletries. Wifi was a little slow, but that's no biggie.

trail runners dream!

We were in Auburn for a race and really just needed a room as a home base, napping spot and quick shower. We didn't end up needing the room until the day of checkout and the staff was SO KIND to let us check in that morning. I took a fantastic shower and loved the soft towels and bath products. I got a great 20 min nap in the super comfy bed (100 miles of running makes me really appreciate creature comforts!). We were SO grateful to the staff for their kind and helpful service.

We were in the area for an event and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The property is an older, modest hotel but the rooms are updated and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the friendliest, most welcoming hotel staff ever! We were pleased overall with our stay and would stay here again.

Older style motor inn, but very well maintained. Good bed. Windows opened all the way. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
