Nice apartment -- pick somewhere else if you want to cook. Newly refurbished apartment in an nice older Art Deco era apartment. The apartment itself was stylish and well appointed. Furnishings were relatively new and everything was in good repair. The cooking facilities were severely lacking for someone who plans to actually cook a meal. 2 burner stove with temperature labels worn off, I had to guess which direction was high or low. Burners are too close together to fit a frying pan and pot of water at the same time. Near zero counter space. If you don't plan to cook actual meals, it's fine. Microwave and hot pot work. Location was meh -- border of a residential area super easy access to main roads, but not much other than a gas station and a hospital in walking range. Depends what you are looking for.
